Initiating an independent practice was a natural step for David, who has spent over 24 years demonstrating his leadership and management abilities with engineering firms and operators. He specializes in personally assisting clients to manage the inherent risks and the capital spending associated with the design, construction, and maintenance of structural systems. The unique expertise of the firm lies in the design and implementation of "on-the-edge" projects: first-of-a-kind, politically sensitive new developments, renovation of under-strength or damaged existing structures, organization of operational inspection & maintenance programs, and heavy lift installations. Application of sound engineering and project management principles leads to the creation of value through the efficient use of funds, solutions that are construction-friendly, and satisfied project owners.
